JEEP SAFARIS

TROODOS MOUNTAINS 4X4 JEEP SAFARI
€80 Adult & €60 Child ((aged under 12)

SPLISH SPLASH AT THE BREATHTAKING WATERFALLS

An explorer’s trip through the Green heart of Cyprus in a 4×4 Land Rover defender.

We begin our journey traveling through rugged hills and valleys, various traditional villages & Pine forests reaching some of the most remote places on the Island. A thrilling off-road will bring us to the breath-taking waterfalls, located in a Cypriot paradise with lush vegetation and cool spring waters you can take a splash in.

The tour continues to some of the Troodos mountains highest peaks and we marvel at the panoramic views.

Although lunch is optional, we do stop at a traditional tavern at one of the villages visited. And what better place to visit after lunch? A local winery of course for some free wine tasting.

Several photo stops will be made along the journey for your chance to take panoramic photos that you will cherish forever.

Program may alter slightly during the winter months between November till March.

ENCHANTED LAGOON EAST TROODOS 4X4 JEEP SAFARI
€70 Adult & €50 Child (Under 12)

TAKE A DIVE INTO THE MINERAL SPRING MOUNTAIN LAGOON

The ultimate off-road adventure for lovers of nature and EXTREME THRILLS.

We start with a stop at one of our oldest monasteries on the Island nestled within the heart of Mosfiloti, a picturesque village in Larnaca’s district. The monastery is surrounded by a green-covered valley offering a serene setting.  Similar to Stavrovouni Monastery, Agia Thekla is said to have been founded by Saint Helen during the 4th century. According to the story, Saint Helen prayed to God at exactly where the monastery is situated today. She prayed to God to help her and her escorts because they were really thirsty sue to their travels. After the praying, Holy water overflowed the earth. She then started building the monastery. Till this day, holy water flows through the same spring. The holy water is believed to cure diseases.

We then visit one of the most stunning copper mines (red lake) in the area where you can walk around and study the rock formations and collect precious stones. Even though the lake is a specimen of the destruction of nature from mankind of years of mining the minerals, a magnificent image has been created. The reflection of the sun on the lake in combination with the remainder of the mines in the water create red and yellow colours creating an impressive location for visitors.

We are then ready for a coffee stop at a traditional Kafenio (local coffee shop) in a tiny village amongst the local people with a couple of pleasant surprises are guaranteed for all guests.

Then the off-road adventure continues with a climb up the mountains for breath-taking views.

We then continue to the very private and enchanted Lagoon for a tranquil swim (The lagoons secret location guaranteed by the Trackers team; is almost impossible to reach without our jeeps)

The tour continues with a stop at a museum village, almost forgotten by time, where we really do take a step back into centuries gone by. (One of the cottages was believed to have been lived in by Richard the Lion Heart; today a museum along with the entire village).

Lunch is optional and can be enjoyed in the heart of this village in a typical Cypriot family-owned Taverna.

We continue our journey up the mountain peaks, stopping for photographs along the way our trip ends in the charming village of Lefkara, also known as Leonardo da Vinci village in 1948.  Little wonder that Lefkara is often hailed as every traveller’s dream, a maze of cobbled streets dotted with shops filled with intricate silver, lace and embroidery, elderly craftsmen proudly beckon you into their workshops with brilliant silverware glistening round every nook and cranny, and glorious stone-built buildings have intricate tales to tell about years gone by. The locals are awfully proud of the village’s long lacemaking traditions and the so-called ‘Lefkaritiko’ lace, the gorgeous embroidery is even included on UNESCO’s representative list of Intangible Culture Heritage.

HALF DAY CAPE GRECO JEEP SAFARI
€50 Adult & €35 Child (Under 12)

EXPLORE THE RUGGED EAST COAST AND ALL ITS FAMOUS LANDMARKS

An in-depth off-road adventure to the most Eastern point of the east coast National Park visiting the most famous landmarks of Ayia Napa & Protaras.

Although this is only a 1/2-day tour it is not short of thrills and action; We Begin the tour with our first stop at the natural bridge in Ayia Napa that is famously known as the “Lovers Bridge”. Its location although not hidden many find hard to fine. Here you will have a chance to walk across the bridge as deemed good lunch and if lucky enough see the family of seals leaving in a nearby cave.

We take the off-road to reach the famous Sea Caves (Palatia or Palace of Caves). A very popular destination for the brave at heart that wish to take a dive into the depths of the Sea Cave crystal clear waters.  This is supposedly the home of the Ayia Napa Sea Monster.  Most sightings occur around Cape Greco. It is known by the local fishermen as “To Filiko Teras”, which translates as “The Friendly Monster”. There have been no reports of it causing any harm, although it has been reported at times to rip and drag away fishing nets. There have been countless sightings of the “Creature from the Depths”, with some local newspapers calling the mystery the “Cyprus Loch Ness”.

Our journey continues to the top of Cape Greko. A 10-minute trek to the top of this crest (the most Eastern Point of Europe) revealing a 360° of spectacular views of the Mediterranean seas as far as the eyes can.

A quick stop at the natural bridge of Koraka for some photos then off to the hidden cave which was originally used as a church by the locals but now is the diver’s paradise. On top of the cave, basking in the sun the blue and white chapel of Agioi Anargoiroi that replaced the cave below; popular in the summer months for dreamlike weddings.

We then arrive at the beautiful Konnos Bay where you will be given free time for swimming, water sport (optional extra) or just simply sit back at the beautifully located café and take it all in with a cold beer in your hand.

We then continue our adventure to the Mythical cave of Cyclopes and finish off at the very unique little church of Ayioi Saranta. So secluded even the locals find it hard to locate.  Totally off the beaten track, with a raw appeal so very magnificent that it has been located by a number of curious intrepid travellers and recently featured in the ‘Travel News’ section of the UK’s MailOnline as one of the quirkiest churches to visit in the world. There is no official reference of when this church was first built, and as for the name of the church, it is believed that the word ‘Saranta’ which means ‘40’ in Greek is derived from forty stalagmites on the ceiling of the cave, linked to the 40 Martyrs of Sebaste.

A memorable, off road adventure for the whole family that will leave you with memories you’ll brag about and cherish forever.

Hi, on April 6th we will be (2 persons) in Larnaca and we want to do the blue lagoon cruise, do you offer this cruise with transfers from Larnaca?
    Thank you,
    Martha

    • Everything Ayia Napa

Hi Martha, no unfortunately the boat doesn’t offer transfers that far.
However, i could arrange a taxi for you but obviously this wouldn’t be cheap as it’s about a 40 minute drive each way.
Feel free to message us through our whatsapp to discuss further, which can be found on on “contact us” page on this website.
      Many thanks.
