This 4 bedroom villa can sleep 9 adults or upto 12 if a mixture of  adults and kids.
It has recently been refurbished throughout and is in an ideal location being just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful NISSI BEACH.
It has a stunning pool where you can truly relax without the worry of strangers bumping into you or being noisy and disturbing you.

The villa has 4 bedrooms in total with 3 on the first floor and the 4th located on the ground floor.
BEDROOM 1 – En Suite with King size bed and double pull out sofa bed.
BEDROOM 2 – King-size bed and single toddler bed.
BEDROOM 3 – Double bed + single bed which can be made into another double.
BEDROOM 4 – Features yet another double bed.
ADDITIONAL TV ROOM – Another double pull out sofa bed on the ground floor.

It has a family bathroom upstairs which features a jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet.
The Master Bedroom has an En Suite with shower, toilet and sink plus there is also a further bathroom downstairs with a shower, toilet and sink.
This villa is huge and really is stunning and has everything you need and more.
It has a POOL TABLE to keep the kids entertained while you’re making use of the large bbq and outside kitchen area that the villa also features.
There’s multiple terraces and balconies to choose from to have your breakfast on or enjoy a cheeky glass of Vino.
The villa is situated on the end of a small row of villas with a big field next door so you’re not overlooked by “neighbours”.

    Just love this villa.
    We stayed in half term with our friends and it was perfect for the 9 of us.
    Only about a 10/15 minute walk to nissi beach meant we didn’t need to hire a car.
    There’s an outdoor kitchen and we all had an amazing bbq before jumping in the pool.
    Everything lights up at night including the pool and the upstairs seating areas.
    We even had an ice cream man turn up outside and sell us ice cream from his ice cream van!

    Hi, there is currently only availability up until 24th July 2024.
    This years prices are £3000 for 10 days.
    There is currently a special offer on where this year’s prices will be held for next years stay if booked before the end of June.
