With 25 years experience in Ayia Napa and over 50,000 followers across our socials, we decided to put together an “Official Recommendations” list to help people out as we get so many questions each and every day asking for our recommendations.
If a company is on our list, it means that we have PERSONALLY stayed there or used the companies services. This in turn means you have the peace of mind when using their services, that they are safe, reputable and of high quality.

LOS MEXICANOS
This is our personal favourite.
Set in the heart of Ayia Napa, just next to Pizza Hut, it’s set in the perfect location.
The owner has years of experience in the restaurant industry and it certainly shows in the food and the service.
We highly recommend the T-bone steak which comes on a sizzling bed of onions on a hot plate with a separate plate for your chips and salad.
Then if you’ve still got room, go for the Choco chip paradise pie as it is AMAZING!

THE GLASSHOUSE (Adams Beach Hotel)
For something special/romantic we recommend the 5 star rooftop glasshouse restaurant.
It’s on top of the Adams Beach Hotel and overlooks beautiful Nissi Beach.
Book for just before sunset so you get to witness the stunning skyline change while enjoying exquisite 5 star cuisine.
Talking of cuisine, we highly recommend the Chateaubriand, it’s divine.

ROOFTOP BURGER BAR
If you like nice burgers and want a view then check out the rooftop burger restaurant.
It is located on the 5th floor of the Grecian Sands hotel.
Very nice food and great views, again, especially around sunset.

KALIVA ON THE BEACH
Kaliva On The Beach is located on Pantachou beach just up from Ayia Napa harbour.
Not only do they do amazing drinks and cocktails but the food is exceptional.
We highly recommend the Kaliva beef burger and the chicken melt sandwich, washed down with a cool pina colada.

LIQUID CAFE BAR
Liquid is a popular cafe-lounge-bar which is open all year round.
Located on a side street in between Ayia Napa main square and monastery and the Thalassa Museum.
Liquid Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers an extensive menu of classic dishes, snack and innovative fusion dishes.
It also serves premium coffees, speciality teas and a huge range of cocktails and desserts.

BEACH BAR

KALIVA ON THE BEACH.
Kaliva on the beach is Ayia Napa’s premier all day beach venue located on Pantachou Beach by Ayia Napa harbour.
It’s the ideal summer destination combining fine signature cuisine, relaxing comfortable sun beds and premium beach clubbing experience.
They also have resident and guest dj’s playing a collective mix of balearic and mainstream sounds.

VIEWS

SEA CAVES & CAPE GRECO
These are our 2 favourite places to visit for views and especially for a sunset.
There’s a spot by the sea caves that a lot of people do the cliff jumping from although there are signs saying you are not allowed to due to safety.
If you climb down a little you can access the perfect spot for the sunset.
Alternatively go to the highest point at the top of Cape Greco and watch the sunset there.
Make sure you put on bug spray though if you’re there for the sunset.

AYIA NAPA BEACHES

NISSI BEACH
Obviously the world famous Nissi Beach is a must at least once.
Beware though it does get busy, especially in high season and it can be quite loud as they have a dj playing at Nissi Bay Beach Bar.
However If you like it lively with music, then you’ll love it.
There’s also a “rain party” and a “foam party” at Nissi Bay Beach Bar which are great fun.

MAKRONISSOS BEACH – OUR FAVOURITE.
If you’re into a more relaxing chilled out beach day but still want beautifully crystal clear water and silky soft sand then definitely check out Makronissos Beach.
This is our favourite beach as it’s just absolutely stunning, peaceful and so relaxing.

CASTLE CLUB – AYIA NAPA
There’s so many bars and clubs in Ayia Napa that there’s something for everyone but our favourite is Castle Club.
Boasting no less than 5 separate arenas under 1 roof including 3 separate music arenas, a chillout terrace and a VIP area, it has something for everyone.

SQUARE BAR – AYIA NAPA
If you like live music, then the Square Bar is for you.
It’s Ayia Napa’s only dedicated LIVE open air music venue.

REVO REVOLVING LOUNGE BAR – PROTARAS
If you’re after something a little different and fancy venturing out, or maybe you’re staying in Protaras, we highly recommend checking out REVO BAR.
It’s a cool revolving rooftop cocktail bar which can be found on top of the Protaras Plaza Hotel.
Head high up to the 360° Revolving Lounge Bar and enjoy the stunning panoramic views with original signature creation.

LUNA PARK/FUNFAIR

PARKO PALIATSO LUNA PARK
There is a permanent funfair/luna park in Ayia Napa that is great for kids and adults alike.
It’s the biggest in Cyprus and built on 30,000 sq metres of land with free parking for up to 300 cars.

WATERPARK

WATERWORLD 
Europe’s number one themed waterpark and the biggest in Cyprus.
Definitely worth a visit for both kids and adults alike.

This is an amazing family run budget hotel who genuinely care about their guests.
Families are more than welcome here alongside couples while it’s also perfect for groups of friends as the strip is only 5 minutes away.

THE NAPA PLAZA HOTEL
This hotel is perfect if you’re after an ADULTS ONLY hotel.
There’s bars, restaurants and shops all on your doorstep and the strip is only a 5 minute walk.

ASTERIAS BEACH HOTEL
If you’re a beach lover, then this hotel is for you.
It’s an amazing hotel set right on, in our opinion, the best beach in Ayia Napa.
