• Check in at 3PM and check out at 10AM. Early check in, late check out are subject to availability at extra charge.
• Electricity usage for a normal daily use (36 kWh per day) is included in the price.
• Parties and open gatherings are strictly prohibited..
• Guests under 25 years of age are required to pay a refundable security deposit of EUR 300 on arrival.
• Non-smoking villa.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Quiet hours 11:30PM until 9AM.
