This Apartment is a well-kept ground floor one-bedroom apartment located on the exclusive Nissi 3 development just 400m from Nissi Beach and within walking distance to the major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue.
Location is within walking distance to all possible amenities and facilities as well as to main touristic Ayia Napa.
The apartment has a large communal pool and neighbour is very quiet and relaxing.
It has been fully renovated and consists of open plan living, dining, kitchen areas. Living room has straight access to an amazing size veranda and a small garden area in front of the veranda where one can enjoy unlimited sunshine plus access and views of the communal pools and garden areas.
Apartment finishes up with very good size bedroom with built in wardrobes plus a very luxury big size master bathroom.
Bedroom has also straight access via sliding doors to the lovely veranda and garden.
Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. (3rd and or 4th person/s at extra charged).
This fully air-conditioned apartment has a flat-screen 43′ TV (smart/ android) with satellite channels, and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safe deposit box and ironing equipment.
The fully furnished, 24m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing meal at any time.
Both adults and kids communal pool are of very big size and kept in excellent condition.

The bus stop is located 100m from the complex.
The apartment offers free covered parking.
USEFUL INFORMATION
For stays of 14 nights and over we provide 1-time free cleaning service and linen change during the stay.
Electricity usage for a normal daily use is included in the rate.
We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.
For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of total EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival in cash.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment.
