* For stays of 10 nights or more, we provide one complimentary cleaning service and linen change during your stay.
* The price includes 30 kWh of electricity per day, sufficient for normal use.
* For guests under 25 years of age, a security deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided no damages occur in the villa.

• Check in at 3PM and check out at 10:30AM. Early check in, late check out are available subject to availability and for an additional charge.
• Electricity usage for a normal daily use (30 kWh per day) is included in the price.
• Parties and open gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Guests under 25 years of age are required to pay a refundable security deposit of EUR 300 on arrival.
