The location of the 4 Bed Villa is perfect.
Across the road, you can find shops, restaurants, souvenirs, sports bars and a cash machine.
Only 5 minutes walk from the center of Ayia Napa and on the way, you can find all necessary facilities which will make your stay comfortable.
The nearest bus stop is only in 50 meters distance too. Our clients can take either bus number 101 which goes all the way to Cape Greco, Konnos Beach, Fig Tree Bay up to Paralimni town, or bus number 102 which goes towards the famous Nissi Beach and continues up to the Waterworld waterpark.
The Luna Park is only in 500 meters.
Guests can enjoy breakfast with extra charge at Robinsons Café bar which is just opposite.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of €300 is required on arrival. (That’s about £257).
This will be collected as a cash payment.
You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
